Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and provide Tracking with all packages. 

We do offer Shipping to New Zealand - please enquire for more information.

If purchasing from our TikTok LIVE Sale, we offer Open Basket. 

Open Basket allows you to keep your order open and not posted until you've shopped all the weekly live sales and then request to close the basket and have all orders shipped at once.

Local Delivery within 10km from Mulgoa Rise (Glenmore Park NSW 2745) $10

Standard Shipping $20

Insurance for orders over $100 $2.50 per $100

Express Shipping $27 + Insurance if required. 

Faulty Goods/ Change of Mind

We will happily accept exchanges for change of mind within 14 days from delivery date to equal or higher value of original order, however all shipping costs back to our office for the items originally purchased and the postage costs to send exchanged items back will be incurred by the purchaser.

All exchanged items must be in original packaging and in original, unused condition - otherwise an exchange will be void. 

Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind or delayed shipping or for any other reason than the item being faulty. 

If an item is faulty, goods must be sent back to our office for review and subsequent refund if applicable via payment used at checkout.
