First time claimers - $10 deposit is required to participate in our LIVE SALES.
Payment - Orders are required to be paid within 48 hours of LIVE SALE
Important***
When you claim an item, we ask that you please claim responsibly and be sure of the item you are claiming as it takes away the opportunity for other customer's being able to claim that item. if your order is not paid or you have not communicated with me prior then you forfeit your $10 for a restocking fee.
your $10 deposit will be deducted from your total order claim.
due to Aust post recent price increases, our postage cost have increased slightly, thank you for your understanding.

Open box -
If you have an open box, (you may wish to buy from several live sales with us over a 2 week period and have all items sent together to reduce your total postage cost) you still need to finalise payment within 48 hours of claiming at the live sale, and your open box will be closed within 2 weeks of your initial order unless otherwise agreed upon with us.
